Our Standard Adoption Fee is $1000-$1500 Based on Season, Availability and Demand. We also give discounted pricing when adopting multiple kittens at a time.

PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- All of our kittens are sold as Household Pets! Not for breeding. (Special accommodations can be made, please contact us to discuss pricing, terms and conditions) Seller recommends that Purchaser take this cat/kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt for their health satisfaction.
- This kitten is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery or arrival and for 14 (fourteen) days after that if it is quarantined from other pets and seen by a licensed vet within that time. If found to be medically unsound with a severe or life-threatening congenital condition, the Breeder/Seller must be notified with documentation from a licensed vet. The kitten will be replaced with another kitten of comparable quality and value available. The Breeder/Seller reserves the right to substitute a cash refund. This health guarantee is void if the Purchaser has the kitten vaccinated for FIV or FIP in the first year of its life. These vaccines are very stressful to the immune system and are not necessary for the continued health of an indoor-only kitten that doesn’t have repeated contact with other cats.
- If not spayed or neutered, Kitten purchased as household pets must be spayed or fixed by the Purchaser within six months old. Purchaser agrees to refrain from declawing said cat/kitten, as it is inhumane and considered amputation. Purchaser agrees to care for this cat/kitten by providing adequate indoor facilities, keeping the cat/kitten indoors, maintaining proper nutrition, getting the cat/kitten regular yearly vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian, and, if deemed necessary, prompt medical attention. Purchaser agrees that this cat/kitten will never be given or sold to any research laboratory, humane society, or similar facilities, nor sold to a third party.
- If the Buyer cannot keep the kitten for any reason, the kitten must be returned to Seller. If the kitten is ever returned or surrendered to the Seller for any reason, except for problems covered with the Health Guarantee, once produced, NO refunds will be given to the Buyer.
- The cattery has the right to refuse to sell you a kitten. We are also not obliged to tell you the reason for the refusal for ethical reasons. If the cattery refuses to sell you a kitten, your deposit is fully refunded.
- The purchaser’s signature indicates that they have reviewed the contract with the Seller before purchasing said cat/kitten and entirely agree to the above terms and conditions.
- If this kitten is found to have been neglected by the Buyer, in ill health or if the Buyer does not abide by the terms of this contract, the Buyer will surrender said kitten to Seller unconditionally.
- The Buyer agrees to provide the cat with a clean, pleasant environment, conducive to good health and with adequate space for exercise. At least one litter box will be provided for each cat in the household and will be cleaned daily. The kitten/cat will not be caged unless absolutely necessary for the cat’s safety or health.
- The Buyer will provide the cat with proper nutrition in the form of a premium food. Fresh water will be provided daily.
- The Buyer will provide the cat with proper veterinarian care and vaccines, and companionship. Any significant health conditions during the cat’s lifetime will be reported to the Seller.
- The Buyer agrees the kitten/cat will live indoors only and will not let the cat roam outdoors. Letting the kitten/cat roam outdoors is a violation of this contract.
